The service includes dashboards, alerts, and reporting based on detected activity. Nighthawk does not guarantee specific security outcomes.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure proper authorization for camera connections
• Comply with applicable privacy and surveillance laws
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Organizations are responsible for how insights are used internally.

Subscription and Billing

Access to Nighthawk may be subject to subscription fees as agreed separately.

Billing terms, payment schedules, and renewal conditions are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, and documentation related to Nighthawk are the exclusive property of Nighthawk or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Nighthawk is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nighthawk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Operational decisions based on platform insights remain the responsibility of the organization.

Termination

Nighthawk may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.

Organizations may terminate service in accordance with contractual terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction specified in the commercial agreement.
